Baker Boot Co. & Orthopedic, LLC. is looking to train an exceptional individual to repair shoes, boots and saddles alongside orthopedic services and sales. 

Responsibilities include listening to customers requests and suggesting solutions; sizing leather and like materials; stitching, gluing and/or fastening components onto items; replacing boot and shoe soles, repairing and reconditioning leather items of all sorts--although primarily shoes, boots and saddles; preparing work orders and cashing customers out; handling the day-to-day business; various other tasks as needed and permitted with increasing responsibilities. 

Qualifications include a keen eye for detail; strong, precise hands; creative thinking with an ability to assimilate and apply learned skills to other projects; a business-minded, entrepreneurial spirit; a willingness to work alone or in pairs; and amongst other things, patience and humility. Bonuses include previous leather, woodwork and sales experience.
